For every player racing the track, there's a team of the fiercest hustling coaches supporting our roller family team on and off the bench. From strategist to cheerleader, from tactician to coach, there's a home for anyone looking for that next big thing. They guide with a heart for growth.

For every athlete, there's a coach. And to break the sky's limit, we fly together.

Jet City coaching covers many positions supporting our roller derby teams on and off the bench. From strategy to practice, we're looking for those with the drive to develop the sport, our players, and fellow coaches alike.

JCRD coaching is a collaborative environment whose members:

Are diligent, dedicated, and well-organized
Enjoy working and leading with others
Be positive and motivating with all athletes
Provide feedback that is positive yet direct
Interested in learning the psychology of team sports
Share a passion for watching others grow and succeed

Previous coaching (roller derby or otherwise) is appreciated but not required. Assistant Coaches are trained as part of their program onboarding.
